Adding Subscriptions
You can add and set up subscriptions in the following ways:
E-commerce customers can create subscriptions through the self-service portal.
Sales-assisted customers can do so through Salesforce.
Note
Trial subscriptions end automatically and will downgrade to a free plan if a purchase has not been made. You cannot end a trial early or move to a free plan before the trial expires.
