Managing Assigned Subscription

To manage subscriptions for a member:

  1. On the SmartBear Admin home page, click the Members tab.

  2. Click the ellipsis button next to the member you want to edit.

  3. Select or clear the respective checkbox in the Edit Subscription Assignments section, then click Update.

Note

Only available subscriptions can be assigned to members of the organization.

Assign and Unassign Subscriptions

You can assign and unassign subscriptions on the Member page. Perform the following steps to assign and unassign a subscription.

  1. Click the Members Tab to view the list of members.

    The Members page displays each member's details.

  2. Select the user whose subscription you wish to assign or unassign.

  3. Find the solution you want to assign or unassign the subscription in the Edit Subscription Assignments dialog box.

  4. Select the check box next to the solution (for example, API Hub for Design) to assign a license, and the licensing details will appear.

  5. Review the details, and then click Update to save your changes. The license will be assigned to the user. The solution and its details, such as the plan and subscription end date, will appear under the Edit Subscription Assignments section.

  6. Clear the check box next to the solution (for example, Design, Explore), and then click Update to save your changes. The solution will no longer be listed under the  Edit Subscription Assignments section, confirming that the subscription has been unassigned.

Important

  • You can also change the user's admin role by clicking the Change Admin Role.

  • If you want to remove the user, click Remove Member.
